Raz Rosenthal – Developer & Project Lead

Raz is a real estate entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in residential property sales in Israel and three years of hands-on project development in southern Portugal.

Since relocating to the Algarve, Raz has independently sourced, renovated, and managed multiple small-scale residential projects — combining local insights with direct, on-site execution.

At Solence, Raz leads the entire operational side: identifying opportunities, working with local architects and contractors, and overseeing each project from planning to delivery.

Omri Revach – Strategic Partner

Omri is a business strategist and venture advisor with 15+ years of experience helping entrepreneurs and investors turn ideas into impactful ventures.

With a background in branding, storytelling, and organizational design, Omri leads investor communications, strategic clarity, and risk oversight at Solence — ensuring that every project is not only well executed, but also well aligned with expectations.

While Omri does not manage construction or development directly, he plays a central role in making sure execution and investor trust go hand in hand.
